Foe pliable wire armour. Dual certification EExd Flameproof and EExe Increased Safety helps reduce specification errors. Fully inspectable armour clamping. Wide cable acceptance range eases selection. Same hexagon size enables faster installation.

APPLICATION
Outdoor or indoor. For use with pliable wire armoured 'T' elastomer and plastic insulated cable.


FUNCTION
Provides armour clamping. Provides a seal on inner sheath of cable. Provides a seal on outer sheath of cable.


CERTIFICATION AND APPROVAL
BASEEFA Certificate No. Ex94C1336U. EExd and Eexe, En 50014, and EN50019. Suitable for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2. Suitable for Group II A, II B, and II C. meets the rquirements of IP66. # Certification pending for sizes G,H and J. OPERATING TEMPERATURE RANGE: -60 degrees C to 100 degrees C.


MATERIALS AND FINISHES
Hawke glands are manufactured as standard in brass (BS. 2874). Alternative materials include stainless steel (BS. 970) and mild steel (BS. 970). Hawke glands can be supplied plated to suit the customers application, e.g. zinc, nickel etc.
